Российский диетолог сообщила, какие продукты помогут защититься от коронавируса. Правильное питание заметно снижает риск заразиться опасной инфекцией, подчеркнула эксперт.
По словам диетолога высшей квалификации, сотрудницы ФИЦ питания и биотехнологии Екатерины Бурляевой, эффективно противостоять коронавирусной инфекции помогут продукты с высоким содержанием витаминов и минералов, которые способствуют укреплению иммунитета. Особенно важны для защиты от инфекции витамины А, С, D, Е, В2, В6 и В12. Кроме того, барьер на пути коронавируса помогут поставить фолиевая кислота, цинк, селен и железо, отметила специалист.

Врач напомнила, что дефицит витамина D повышает риск развития респираторных заболеваний. Витамина D много в печени трески, яйцах, рыбе и сливочном масле. Г-жа Бурляева добавила, что 10-15 граммов печени трески удовлетворяют суточную потребность организма человека в витаминах A и D.
Диетолог заявила, что важную роль в защите организма человека от инфекций играет и витамин E. Он содержится в орехах и подсолнечном масле. Так, две столовые ложки растительного масла полностью "закрывают" суточную потребность человека в этом важном витамине.
Эксперт напомнила и о важности витамина C в деле укрепления нашего иммунитета. Врач порекомендовала употреблять шиповник, черную смородину, капусту, цитрусовые, сладкий перец. Внесут свой вклад в дело защиты от коронавируса говяжья и куриная печень, сыр. В них содержится цинк, который помогает поддерживать иммунитет в форме.
Также диетолог призвала контролировать баланс белков, жиров и углеводов в рационе. "Оптимальное питание является ключевым фактором в деле защиты от новой коронавирусной инфекции", — резюмировала Екатерина Бурляева в интервью "Российской газете".
